Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician for special machines | Haiger | permanent employment (m/f/d)
With over 30 years of experience and approx. 100 employees at the Haiger-Sechshelden site, the company RAT Spezialmaschinen GmbH is regarded as a specialist in the fields of mechanical engineering and plant construction, as well as toolmaking.

We are looking for an electronics technician or mechatronics technician at the Haiger-Sechshelden location to strengthen our team in electrical engineering assembly permanent employment (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Control cabinet construction and wiring according to circuit diagram
- Installation and commissioning of machines and systems in-house or at the customer’s site
- Maintenance and repair of electrical systems
- Carrying out electrical measurements and safety tests
- Support in the planning and development of new plants
Your qualifications:
Personal Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Motivation
- Interdisciplinary thinking
- English language skills are advantageous
- Driving license class B
- Willingness to travel internationally
Professional qualifications:
- Completed training as electronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronic technician (m/f/d)
- Experience in industrial assembly desirable
- Basic knowledge in control technology pneumatics / hydraulics advantageous
- Experience in special machine construction desirable

We are looking for an engineer/ technician in the field of electrical engineering at the location Haiger-Sechshelden | permanent employment (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Programming of SPS controls
- Hardware engineering for PLC controls and switchgear
- Designing of hardware and software concepts
- Commissioning and service assignments in Germany and abroad
- Drafting circuit diagrams
- Risk assessment with Safexpert
- Close cooperation with design, technical purchasing and the technical documentation department
- Creation of parts lists
- Monitoring of the production and assembly process
- Monitoring of time schedules and budgeting
- Customer support during ongoing projects
Your qualifications:
Personal Qualifications
- ability to work in a team
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Motivation and transparency
- Driving license class B
- International willingness to travel
- Good command of English
Professional qualifications:
- Completed studies or technician training in the field of electrical engineering
- Very good SPS programming knowledge (Siemens)
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics / hydraulics advantageous.
- E-Plan and Electro-CAD knowledge.
- Knowledge in the creation of parts lists
- Safe handling of MS Office
- Experience in mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage.
